Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. All orders are processed and delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company and/or post office norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, and confirmation of delivery will be provided via our website and the email ID specified during registration. Please note that any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner are non-refundable.
- Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, BMJB SHOP will email you the tracking code. You can track the production on the website and monitor and check the status of your order. (Note: The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.)
- Delivery & Shipping Charges: The Platform offers Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders with a total cart value of ₹500 or above. For orders with a total cart value below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee will be applicable and must be paid by the customer at the time of purchase. All applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process before order confirmation.
