This policy governs the cancellation and refund process for products and services purchased through our platform,BOKARO GLOBAL TRADER PRIVATE LIMITED, in compliance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched or shipped. In such cases, you may reject the delivery at the doorstep.
  • Once the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Policy:

  • Approved refunds for returns, cancellations, or verified duplicate/double payments will be processed and credited within 3-5 working days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate/Double Payment: In the event a customer is inadvertently charged twice for the same order or transaction, we will promptly investigate the case upon notification. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is returned due to the seller’s error (e.g., damaged or defective).
  • Warranty-covered products should be referred directly to the manufacturer for claims.
